US SHIPPING

After your order is placed, and payment is verified, your order will be processed for shipping. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed for shipping. Once the order is processed for shipping you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

*There may be delays in shipping if the billing or shipping information you provided is inaccurate, or if there are any issues with the payment. Once the correct information is provided, we will try our best to process your order as quick as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

After your order is place, and payment is verified, your order will be processed for shipping. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed for shipping. For international orders, delivery depends on the shipping method you choose and the conditions of customs.

 

Shipping prices are calculated based on the size of your order, the shipping method you selected, and your location. International shipments may go through custom clearance, which may be subject to delays or holdups depending on your local custom procedures. Shipping costs don’t include any custom fees or taxes. Customers are responsible for any custom fees or taxes applied by customs during delivery.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES 

If for any reason a package is not able to be delivered, it will be returned to Gold Clxb. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return

UPDATING YOUR ORDER

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. Please contact support@goldclxb.com if you have any further questions or concerns.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

100% satisfaction guarantee for all orders. We offer free returns and exchanges for any reason that you are not satisfied with you order. If you want to place a return, you have 15 days to return the product, starting from the date your order was delivered, for full refund. All the customer has to do is send the product back and we will handle the rest for you. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all bags and packaging included or a return to be processed.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges for sending back the product for any returns or exchanges.

If for any reason you aren't comfortable with what you have purchased, you have 15 days to exchange it with anything from our store of the same value or pay the difference if there is any. If you would like to make an exchange or return, please contact support@goldclxb.com to initiate the return or exchange. We will provide you with return or exchange instructions from there.
